This place was incredible! The house was furnished exactly how the pictures showed, and the house was clean. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and is close by to the Brazos River for a walk. I’d 100% stay again.

This quiet house is a perfect weekend get-a-way or longer stay option. We loved the large firepit area in large backyard! Definitely will use this location again in future visits to Waco!

Great stay in an easily walkable area with nearby bars and restaurants. Also very close to the stadium. Appreciated the small details from having more than enough bath towels, cotton swabs and extra coffee available. Backyard nicely equipped with a grill and fire pit. Host was quickly responsive and helpful.

This was a great space for the few days that we were in town, it was convenient to the rest of the city. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The host was extremely clear and responsive to any questions.

We enjoyed staying a block from the Cameron Park Zoo and close to the parks by the river. It was a quiet area, and we made the most of the big backyard and fire pit! Definitely bring your smores kit! Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time together here and I loved cooking in this kitchen!

This was a perfect place to stay! We had 8 in our party and this place e was super affordable and hospitable for a large crew. We loved making smores around the campfire.

This is a beautiful little home in Waco, Texas. It’s five minutes away from most anything and it’s right next to the zoo. Our church group had an amazing time using the fire pit in the back. The house was clean and pristine we were able to get in and out efficiently thanks to the instructions that were sent beforehand overall we would stay there again if we had another conference in Waco highly recommend.

I’ll say this first because I was looking for this through the reviews: sauna and hot tub both work great! We do an annual trip to Waco for disc golf and that sauna was a game changer. Weren’t sore the next day for once! Spacious house, two kings, two queens, 2.5 baths, large kitchen and large living room. Plus the house had smart TVs that actually had apps logged in. Most places say they have a smart TV but you have to log in to everything which gets annoying. It was nice to watch MNF on ESPN without remembering my login. The only issue was that the driveway gate required someone to hold one side or it would swing into your truck, but worth it for the privacy/security of a private driveway. Overall great stay and will definitely be back!

This is such a homey place. I always forget things and the fact that she had small thing ready for you like some baby swim diapers was so nice. It felt like I was staying at a person I know house. It’s spacious and has coffee bar which is amazing for me. The heater works so quick and fast and the pool is so relaxing. I so would just stay here again.
